Dear Mr. Manners,

I was in the metro this morning on my way to work and the subway car was very crowded. In the midst of the bumpy ride this sicko started rubbing himself on me before jumping out at the next exit. What do you have to say about such an assault on decency?

Emily

Dear Emily,

I am very sorry to hear about your troubles on the way to work today. He has a very serious condition indeed. This ailment is know as Frottage (the french verb for rub). If this happens again, do remind him you are a perfect stranger and that the satisfaction of his needs are not suited for public gratification.

Cordially,

Mr. Manners
